3792179 - "Details of change request" section is not displayed for particular user in MDG Display Change Requests App.

Symptom

  • The “Details of change request” section is not displayed when opening a change request in the Display Change Request Monitoring app for a single user, while other users can see it.
  • The same user can see the section in the “My Change Requests” app.
  • No error message is shown.
