3792231 - Updated curriculum compliance label values not visible in Mobile Application

When updating the values for the following LMS labels, the changes do not appear in the mobile application:

• label.CurriculumComplianceCurrent.
• label.CurriculumComplianceEnding.
• label.CurriculumComplianceExpired.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Learning Administration >
2. References >
3. Manage Labels >
4. Labels >
5. Search for the curriculum compliance labels (label.CurriculumComplianceCurrent, label.CurriculumComplianceEnding and label.CurriculumComplianceExpired) >
6. Update the labels >
7. Verify in the web browser that the updated label values are displayed >
8. Open the Mobile Application and navigate to the Learning Homepage >
9. Observe that in the Mobile Application the label default value is displayed instead of the updated values >
10. Click on your profile picture >
11. Language >
12. Switch the Platform language to English DEBUG >
13. Go back to the Learning Homepage
14. Verify that the Mobile app texts align with BizX label keys such as MOB_LRN_cs_btn_current, MOB_LRN_cs_btn_ending_soon, and MOB_LRN_cs_btn_expired.

The Mobile application uses Platform labels to update the Curriculum Compliance messages rather than LMS labels.

To update the Curriculum Compliance messages on mobile, we can use the following Platform labels:

• MOB_LRN_cs_btn_current.
• MOB_LRN_cs_btn_ending_soon.
• MOB_LRN_cs_btn_expired.
