3792290 - DSI OBQ reports "Open Transaction" in multi-target route with sqm_cache_enable ON - SRS

Symptom

  • MSA n a route environment with multiple downstream Replicate Replication Servers (RRS). Primary Replication Server (PRS) has sqm_cache_enable ON.
  • After PRS is restarted, one or more downstream RRS outbound queues (OBQ) report an open transaction that stays forever.
  • After RRS restart, the open transaction remains.
