• On Universe Design Tool (UDT), testing a BW connection returns: "DBO: The SAP SSO authentication process will fail because the current user doesn't have an alias that matches system."
• After switching the authentication to "Use specified username and password" and entering credentials, the connection test succeeds and parameters can be selected.
• Additional errors observed: "RFC_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE".
• Component SNC (Secure Network Communication) message indicating the entitlement system is disabled in memory, possibly due to system unavailability or invalid credentials.
