3792323 - Rehire onboardee login redirects to learning and shows 'user is not active'

• When a rehire onboardee attempts to log in, it's redirecting to the learning login page instead of the onboarding home page.
• The error message displayed is "user is not active".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open the onboarding login link for external onboardees (the link includes the parameter pm_product_name=ONB).
2. Enter the onboardee’s username and password.
3. Observe that, after submitting credentials, the flow redirects to a learning login page.
4. Note the error "user is not active".

This is a known /sf/start landing page regression. The onboardee rehire user’s stored landing page preference is incorrectly resolving to a learning deeplink instead of falling back to /sf/home. A code fix is planned for release b2611.

Our engineer has identified a known issue.

As a workaround, please change the URL of the page with: https://<SF_URL>/sf/home?bplte_company=<companyID>. Then press the key Enter to access the home page.
