When adding new products in VRS, a sync error occurs in SAP Traceability Hub, displaying an "Access Denied" message.
Environment
SAP Traceability Hub.
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to VRS.
- Add a new product.
- Observe the sync failure with an Access Denied error.
Cause
• Sync/push failures caused by an external TPI certificate issue.
• The TPI had not added or updated the required certificate, resulting in access denial during synchronization.
Resolution
• Ensure the TPI certificate has been updated successfully.
• Retry pushing the GTIN messages after the certificate update.
• Verify that synchronization completes successfully.
