3792331 - Error in SAP Single Transaction Portal

Symptom

In the SAP Single Transaction Portal, the user receives the following error while downloading data "You have reached the maximum number of downloads."

Environment

SAP Traceability Hub.

Cause

  • The maximum download limit configured in the portal has been reached for the selected data.
  • In some cases, the session may require a refresh (relog in) before additional downloads can be performed.

Resolution

  1. Download limits are enforced as follows: 
    2 downloads per single entry.
    n × 2 downloads for n entries.
  2. Ask the user to log out and log back in to refresh the session, then retry the download.
  3. If the issue persists after relog in, raise the case for further investigation.
