3792338 - Error "You do not have permissions to access Monitor Jobs" when downloading time off calendar logs from 'Scheduled Job Manager' tool

When a time off administrator tries to download the result/log of a time off calendar from Scheduled Job Manager, the error appears: "You do not have permissions to access Monitor Jobs".

1. Log in and proxy as an impacted time off administrator.
2. Go to Scheduled Job Manager.
3. Search for the job by the id, open View Details, then select Download Status.
4. An error message file with 'You do not have permissions to access Monitor Jobs' is downloaded instead of the job log.

Missing Metadata Framework -> Export Permission under Metadata Framework permission; which prevented users from downloading job logs, resulting in the permission error.

1. Edit the permission role assigned to the impacted users.
2. Navigate to Metadata Framework permissions.
3. Grant “Export Permission under Metadata Framework ” under Metadata Framework.
4. Save the role changes.
5. Have the users log out and log back in to refresh permissions.
6. Retry downloading the job log from Scheduled Job Manager.
