3792352 - TM: Error "Unit of measure is missing for Quantity" (e367) when processing LDAP Notification (TU-Based Integration)

When an EWM loading appointment notification (TransportationOrderLoadingAppointmentNotification) is processed for a departure or loading-end event in SAP S/4HANA TM, the following error appears and the update fails:

"Unit of measure is missing for Quantity" (Message class /SCMTMS/TOR, message number 367)

The error occurs during BOPF EXECINFO_NODE_CHECK validation of the Transportation Order (/SCMTMS/TOR). A REPORT_QUANTITY execution event in the internal processing table LT_EXEC of method /SCMTMS/CL_TOR_V_CONS_EXEC=>VALIDATE_QTYS contains a quantity value greater than zero with an empty unit of measure field.
