All regulatory reports sent to Indonesia BPOM fail with the response: E023: Barcode is not connected to any barcode child.

The barcode is not properly linked to its child barcode's in the BPOM system.

•    Contact BPOM and request verification/correction of the barcode hierarchy (parent-child relationship).
•    Resubmit the report after BPOM.
