3792384 - After the upgrade, when trying to open the CRM app from the Fiori home page, the first click unresponsive or opens a blank page.

Symptom

  • When launching a WebClient UI-based app from Fiori Launchpad, the first navigation works, but subsequent clicks do not respond or open a blank page until the user refreshes.
  • Error in browser F12 console: "No CRMUIF server in frame hierachy".
  • Error in browser F12 console: "Uncaught TypeError: getTopWindow(...).initializeSessionTimeout is not a function".
