3792451 - Customs relevance flag not checked in freight order and resulting in error - SCMTMS/GLOBAL_TRADE 053

Symptom

  • The customs relevance flag is not checked in the Freight Order even though the planning (packaging and Load Planning) statuses reached "Finalized" and execution status is "Ready for Transportation Execution"
  • The flag remains unchecked even after the Freight Order reaches the Ready for Transportation Execution status.
  • Error message "SCMTMS/GLOBAL_TRADE 053 - Business document &1 - item origin document TCO &2 is not supported" observed while saving the FO.
