Symptom
- User cannot log in to the account on laptop, mobile devices, or the sports one apps.
- When leaving the corporate network or wi-fi, the user is automatically logged out of the mobile apps.
- After changing the user's email in the identity provider and reinstalling the apps, login still fails.
- Removing the user from the identity provider removed the email from user settings in sports one, which can no longer be added manually.
- User has no access to assignments, scouting reports, shortlists, or other personal content.
