3792495 - Lean Purchase Order Outbound Integration Fails in SAP Business Network Commerce Automation Due to SOA Endpoint

While integrating SAP Business Network Commerce Automation with SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network AddOn (previously known as SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway), lean purchase order transactions failed resulting in one of the following scenarios:

- Purchase order outbound messages were not successfully transmitted to SAP Business Network Commerce Automation 

- Error messages appear in SOA Manager indicated endpoint connectivity issues

- Purchase order integration monitoring showed failed or stuck status messages

- Business partners did not receive purchase order documents as expected

The issue occurred in environments where lean procurement was implemented prior to the 2608 release, and the original SAP S/4HANA SOA endpoint configuration was still in use.
