3792509 - How to assign a deliver unit to CTS+ transport 

You notice that in CTS+ report-> released changelist, some deliver units you wish to attach to transport is not presented. And 'Assign Deliver Unit' button is not available. You want to add the deliver unit into the list to proceed the transport.
