Symptom

  • Criticality score fails to sync to the connected backend system after releasing a Risk and Criticality (R&C) assessment.
  • The ABC indicator on the technical object in the ERP system is not updated.
  • The issue occurs even when the R&C template has "Disable criticality score sync to ERP" set to No.
