3792533 - Incumbent filter in position tile returns no positions

• Applying the incumbent filter in the Position Tile returns 0 positions, even though the selected employee has an assigned position.
• Error message: "In Position, employee code is not the field or association name."

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

1. Open the Position Tile.
2. Apply the Incumbent filter for a user who is known to have an assigned position.
3. Observe that the result shows 0 positions.

When Employee Central Position Management and MDF Position Nomination Method are enabled together, the Position object’s Incumbent field must be set to not visible. The Position Tile filter requires searchable fields to be visible. This inherent configuration conflict prevents the filter from returning the expected results. This is expected behavior for this configuration.

This behavior is expected when Employee Central Position Management and MDF Position Nomination Method are enabled concurrently, due to the visibility requirement conflict between the Incumbent field and searchable fields in the Position object.
