3792634 - SCORM Exam Detail report not recording user responses for SCORM 2004 contents

• User responses on SCORM content are not being recorded on the SCORM Exam Detail report.
• When the SCORM 2004 content attempts to register interactions, an intermittent error is occurring: 
  • Error: "com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationExceptionSapDB: [301]: unique constraint violated: Table(PA_CBT_SCO_INT_OBJ), Index(PK_CBT_SCO_INT_OBJ)".

A code defect caused a unique constraint violation on PA_CBT_SCO_INT_OBJ when SCORM 2004 content registered interactions/objectives, preventing responses from being written to the database.
