3792712 - cannot view or delete private webhook subscription; "operation is not allowed for the user and the subscription" shown in managed code

Symptom

  • Managed code entry for a webhook shows successful runs.
  • Selecting "Go to code" returns the error: "The operation is not allowed for the user and the subscription. Check the workspace priviliges of the user".
  • The webhook is not visible in the webhook management list.
  • Workspace admin privileges do not allow opening or managing the subscription.
