Symptom

  • Using OpenText software of any version and release.
  • When attempting to archive a document, the system returns HTTP error: 401 Unauthorized.
  • Transaction OAC0 test connection to the content repository is successful.
  • Report RSCMSTH0 shows header x-errordescription: ICS:5100: Authorization failed.
  • Message No: CMS025.
