3792776 - Carrier not cleared from delivery after Freigh Order cancel

• When a Freight Order (FO) is cancelled in SAP Transportation Management, the carrier assigned as Forwarding Agent (partner function SP) is not removed from the LE delivery document.
• When a new FO is created for the same Freight Units (FUs), the carrier is automatically populated from the delivery instead of being determined through the carrier selection process.
• This behavior also occurs when the FU is unassigned from the FO without full cancellation.
