3792807 - Custom agent from Joule Studio classic edition not being initiated when accessed from LoB product

Symptom

  • A custom agent created in Joule Studio, classic edition and deployed to a Shared Environment works as expected when tested directly in Joule Studio.
  • When access Joule from integrated LoB product such as S/4HANA Public Cloud launchpad, the custom agent does not appear and is not initiated.
  • Undeploying and redeploying the agent after several minutes did not change the behavior.
