3792809 - Certificates not visible in attribute types in talent intelligence hub

• Certificates category exists in Attribute Configuration but is not displayed under Attribute Types in Talent Intelligence Hub.
• So the certificates cannot be selected in Growth Portfolio.

• Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profiles

1. Open Talent Intelligence Hub and navigate to Attribute Types.
2. Observe that the Certificates category is not listed under Attribute Types.
3. In Growth Portfolio, observe there is no option to select Certificates.

The certificate attribute type is set to Inactive, and the default view/filter hides inactive attribute types.

1. In Talent Intelligence Hub, open Attribute Types and change the filter from Active to All.
2. Locate the certificate attribute type that shows status Inactive and open it.
3. Change the status to Active and save.
4. Optionally, switch the filter back to Active to confirm Certificates now appears.
5. Verify in Growth Portfolio that Certificates can be selected.
