3792818 - Rating Scale Records Not Fully Displayed In Configuration Transport Center

Symptom

When viewing all Rating Scale records in Configuration Transport Center, using the pagination feature reveals that subsequent pages display the same content as the first page, rather than showing distinct rating scale records on each page.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Configuration Transport Center.
  2. Select Copy Configuration.
  3. Under Configuration Area, select Talent and click Go.
  4. Navigate to Cross-Talent Configuration > Rating Scale.
  5. Observe that the header shows a total count across multiple pages.
  6. Use the pagination controls to move to later pages. The list does not update and continues to show the same first-page items.

Cause

This is a Known Issue. The Rating Scale configuration specification did not implement paginated lookup. 

Resolution

The Engineering team will fix this issue in the 2H 2026 Release.

Detailed workaround instructions:

  1. Utilize the available search and filter fields — specifically Configuration Name, Last Modified By, and Last Modified Date — located at the top of the list. Applying these filters will reduce the result set, ensuring that the target rating scales appear on the first page. If the customer is aware of the specific rating scale(s) to be transported, searching by configuration name will return the desired records 
  2. Apply filters to reduce the total number of results to fewer than 50, so that all records are displayed on a single page
