3792819 - Configuration Transport Center (CTC) - No Configuration Areas Displayed for Platform Module When Clicking Go

• In Configuration Transport Center (CTC), selecting the Platform module and clicking Go shows no configuration areas/types.
• Configuration items only appear if a specific configuration name is searched.
• Other modules (for example, Time Management or Employee Central) show the full list correctly when Go is clicked.

1. Open Configuration Transport Center.
2. Select the Platform module and click Go: no configuration list appears.
3. Enter a specific configuration name in search: matching items appear.
4. Select another module (for example, Time Management or Employee Central) and click Go: the full list displays. 

A picklist under the Platform module has a name containing a dot (.) character. This is interpreted as part of an internal path (for example, configCenterPlatformModule.pickListBaseObject.) and prevents the Platform configuration tree from loading.

This is a technical limitation in CTC.

1. Identify picklists under the Platform scope whose name contains a dot (.) character.
2. Rename the affected picklist(s) to remove the dot (.) from the picklist name.
3. Save the change and clear/cache refresh as per standard admin practice.
4. Return to Configuration Transport Center, select Platform, and click Go to verify the configuration list now loads.
5. If multiple picklists include dots, repeat the steps for each until the Platform configuration list loads as expected.
