3792843 - Transformation creation fails with error "Invalid access to a string (too long)" - BW/4HANA 2.0

When creating transformation in the BW modeling tools, it fails with error message:

• System Failure: "Invalid access to a string (too long)"

In the meantime, there is a dump in the backend system.
