3792850 - Error "Metering Service is required" during Maintenance Assistant Sync - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Error message appears during synchronization: "Metering Service is required for application SAP_MAINTENANCE_ASSISTANT".
• Issue occurs when using maintenance assistant integrated with s/4hana cloud public edition
• It can happen in a non-productive or in a productive environment, the requests to the metering service fails regardless of system type

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
• S4MERP/SMERP-Mobile Add-On integration to S4/ERP

1. Open the maintenance assistant application connected to an s/4hana cloud public edition
2. Start a synchronization from the application.
3. Observe the error: "Metering Service is required for application SAP_MAINTENANCE_ASSISTANT".

A fix is planned for delivery with HFC04 (12-13.September).
