Symptom

In TIH enabled environment, job-coded competency section is missing in 360 multi-rater form.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. User launch a 360 form for him/herself
  2. The job-coded competency section is missing in the step where it should display

Cause

The form creator lacks Growth Portfolio (view) permission, preventing job-coded competencies from being pulled into the 360 form.

Resolution

  1. In Role-Based Permissions, grant the role used by 360 form creators the Growth Portfolio permission with at least View access.
  2. Create a new 360 form and verify that the competency section is now displayed.
  3. If competencies are still missing, ensure the competencies are correctly mapped to the job code of the form subjects. 2404279 - Missing Competency Section - 360 Multi-Rater - SAP for Me 
  4. Also, please check in Configure Object Definitions > competency, if the object is set to Secured: Yes. If so, users will need to have the RBP permission for the competency object in order to see them in forms.
