3792941 - Error: External Person ID #WORKER ID is already assigned to another workforce person

During replication of the workforce from External HR System to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, following error is encountered:

• External Person ID #WORKER ID is already assigned to another workforce person.

The External Person ID or Worker ID provided in the inbound payload is already assigned as a work agreement ID to a different workforce person in the target system.

During workforce replication make sure the External Person ID is unique and is not present in the target system as Worker ID or Work Agreement ID. To verify whether the Worker ID or Work Agreement ID already exist in the system, follow below steps:

1. Open the Manage Workforce app.
2. In the Worker ID field, enter the relevant worker ID.
3. Alternatively, enter the worker ID in the Work Agreement field.
4. Click on Go.
