3792982 - Apprentice information card visible to users without apprentice management permissions in job info - 1H2026

• The Apprentice Information card within the Job Info people profile category is displayed to all users with access to Job Info, regardless of their permissions related to Apprentice Management.
• Users without Apprentice Management permissions should not see the Apprentice Information card.

1. Access a user’s People Profile and open the Job Info category.
2. Observe that the Apprentice Information card > Apprentice Event is visible even for users who lack Apprentice Management permissions.

This is a known defect.

A code correction has been created. The defect is scheduled to be corrected in the 2611 release.

Workaround:

(Recommended if Apprentice Management is not in use): hide the card in Configure Latest People Profile so it is not visible to any user. After saving, verify the card no longer appears in Job Info.
