3793011 - DSCSA EPCIS Delivery Reported from ATTP Not Visible in STH (STA Portal)

Symptom

A delivery is successfully reported from SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP), but the delivery is not available or visible in SAP Traceability Hub (STH) - STA Portal.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Report a delivery from SAP ATTP.
  2. Verify that the delivery report is successfully processed.
  3. Check the delivery availability in STH (STA Portal).
  4. The delivery cannot be found in the STA portal.

Cause

  • The reported transaction belongs to the Supply Chain Partner Collaboration scenario and not to a DSCSA scenario.
  • The STA Portal only provides visibility for DSCSA transactions. Transactions classified under the Supply Chain Partner Collaboration scenario are processed differently and are therefore not displayed in the STA portal.

Resolution

  1. Verify the transaction scenario classification using the available message monitoring tools.
  2. If the transaction is classified as Supply Chain Partner Collaboration:
    • This behavior is expected.
    • The transaction will not be displayed in the STA Portal, as only DSCSA transactions are shown.
  3. If the transaction is expected to be a DSCSA transaction but is still not visible in the STA Portal:
  4. Collect the following information for further analysis:
    • Message timestamp (including time zone)
    • Delivery number
    • Batch/Lot number
    • Relevant ZIP code
    • Correlation ID
  5. If the delivery remains unavailable after performing the above checks, create a support incident and provide the collected details for further investigation.
