3793030 - User Unable To Access SAP TH Portal And Gets An Error While Logging In

The user tries logging to SAP TH portal and receives below error:
'An error has occurred. Please refresh the page after a few minutes. If this error occurs multiple times, please contact SAP support'

1. User opens the SAP TH portal by clicking on URL.
2. Error encountered as shown below.
   
   

The user has not yet been granted access to any of the tiles in the user management application.

1. Admin user to sign in to the SAP TH Manage User application
2. Click on the affected user name and EDIT
3. Assign the required roles/access to user against the applications
4. Click SAVE
5. Now the affected user should be able to login to SAP TH portal
