Scorm content not launching

error: "The module could not set the value of cmi.suspend_data in the Learning Management System."

lms error code: 301; lms error type: Not initialized; scorm log shows LMSSetValue(cmi.suspend_data), LMSSetValue(cmi.core.lesson_location), LMSSetValue(cmi.core.lesson_status), and LMSSetValue(cmi.core.session_time) returning false.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Launch a SCORM course in the LMS.
2. Attempt to start and progress within the module.
3. Observe that the module fails to launch/complete and displays the error about cmi.suspend_data; the SCORM log indicates “Not initialized” and multiple LMSSetValue calls (for cmi.suspend_data, cmi.core.lesson_location, cmi.core.lesson_status, cmi.core.session_time) return false.
