3793151 - Unable to Configure Message M7 181 as an Error to prevent a Reservation being created when we have insufficient stock quantity

Unable to set message M7181 as an Error, to prevent a reservation being created when the available stock quantity is less than the requested reservation quantity.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Material has an ATP set in the MRP 3 tab of the material master.
2. I have a qty of 10 in the system.
3. Manage Manual Reservations.
4. Click on the 'Create Reservation'.
5. Select Movement type 201.
6. Date: Present date.
7. Enter Plant.
8. Enter Cost Center.
9. Enter Material, Quantity 25.
10. Warning message : M7181 On the 01/01/2026, only 10 EA available.
11. Not possible to change M7181 from a Warning to an Error via Set System Messages.

Movement Type 201 with regards to Dynamic Availability Check - is set as 'A Warning : only issued in the case of non-availability'

Within the Cloud it is currently not possible to maintain / change this to 'B Error,' as there is no sscui / cbc configuration available to set this.

This feature is planned to be delivered to all customers in the future after further alignment with ATP team.

Currently, there is no BAdi for Reservations to introduce a validation check.
