3793181 - Freight Order is not linked to Freight Booking when Freight Order created from External Planning for On-Carriage Leg

Symptom

1. A Freight booking has been created from External Planning (TransportationOrderGenericRequest_In).

2. The Freight Booking contains 3 stages (Legs) i.e Pre-Carriage, Main-Carriage and On-Carriage (Drayage).

3. Requirement to create a Freight Order for a On-Carriage (Drayage) stage from External Planning.

4. After triggering the Freight Order creation from External Planning, the created Freight order is not linked to Freight Booking.
