  • SAP Service and Asset Manager for Windows 4.0 does not synchronize with an application configured with SSAM 2511 metadata.
  • The client logs show that the Windows client attempts to retrieve SSAM 2505 metadata instead of SSAM 2511 metadata.
  • Synchronization cannot proceed because the client and application metadata versions do not align.
