3793233 - E-Invoicing incl. PDF Checkbox Cannot be Maintained Via Migration Template

The requirement is to activate the “E-Invoicing incl. PDF” checkbox in the Customer Account Collaboration tab for multiple customer accounts.

Need to confirm whether this checkbox can be maintained using the Customer migration template.

SAP Business ByDesign

• The “E-Invoicing incl. PDF” checkbox is available only for the business document type “Customer Invoice/Credit Memo”, for which a calculation rule is maintained.
• For other business document types, this checkbox is not available.
• Since the checkbox is applicable only to a specific business document type, it is not exposed as a field that can be maintained through the migration tool.

This is the standard system behavior.

• The “E-Invoicing incl. PDF” checkbox cannot be maintained through the migration template.
• There is currently no standard migration or mass-maintenance option available to activate this checkbox for multiple customer accounts.
• Therefore, the checkbox needs to be maintained manually for the required customer accounts.
