3793259 - Automatic packing does not include auxiliary packaging materials defined on packaging specification in EWM

Symptom

  • When performing automatic packing, Handling Units (HUs) are created according to the packaging specification maintained in /SCWM/PACKSPEC, but auxiliary packaging materials are not added to the structure.
  • Auxiliary packing materials can be added manually, but are expected to be added automatically.
  • No error message is displayed.
