3793264 - Trend Information Not Working as a Custom View – Compensation

When Trend Information is configured as a Custom View for Compensation forms, the Trend Information section does not load correctly. When attempting to open it within the form, the section remains in a continuous loading state.

1. Create a Custom View under Design Worksheet
2. Choose Performance and Goals as Category
3. Choose Trend Information as Card ID
4. Launch the forms
5. Open a form and check the custom view for trend information > keeps loading and it does not open

Trend Information is a group of cards. Currently, Compensation Custom Views support only 1:1 cards and, as a result, Trend Information cannot be used as a Custom View.

Engineering has implemented a fix to prevent Trend Information from being available as a selectable Custom View. Instead, each individual card within the Trend Information block will be available for selection.

This fix will be delivered in the upcoming release:

• Preview Environment: October 12
• Production Environment: November 13

After the fix is available, customers should select the individual Trend Information cards they would like to display rather than selecting the Trend Information block itself. If this is already configured on the template, deleting it and configuring it again will be required.
