3793272 - Autoflow Action Changes Cannot Be Saved After Initial Load Is Triggered

When editing an existing Autoflow rule in the Source system, changes made to Actions — such as adding an Info Notification or an Event Notification — are not saved. The Autoflow rule appears unchanged after saving, and the updated action configuration is not reflected.
