3793280 - Error: Proxy call failed. Receipt not sent to external system when sending goods receipt from SAP ERP to SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway

Symptom

  • Receipt created in the SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA system does not reach SAP Business Network via SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway. 
  • No entry appears in transaction SRT_MONI for sender interface ReceiptDetailRequest_Async_Out. 
  • Output is generated in MIGO but Processing log shows below error:

Processing log for program ARBCIG_RECEIPT_PUBLISH routine SEND_GOODSRECIPT_SAVED
Proxy call failed. Receipt not sent to external system
Receipt sent to external system
