New time zone data is published and shipped with new releases of Java Development Kit (JDK). So, for SuccessFactors, the standard approach followed to adopt such changes is by upgrading JDK version every release. 

The non-daylight saving New Alberta Time timezone is not yet included in the current Java Development Kit (JDK) time zone data used by SuccessFactors.

Until a dedicated Alberta Time zone becomes available, consider using an existing supported time zone that remains at UTC−6 throughout the year. To verify the time zones currently supported in SuccessFactors, refer to KBA 2089497 - TIMEZONE Column and Supported International Time Zone Codes
