In SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing, the customer (buyer) is accessing an open event in Sourcing to view suppliers' messages posted on that event.
Supplier messages (MSGxxxx) are not opening; when clicked, the system keeps showing a pop-up that reads 'Processing...' in the SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing UI.
No further error is displayed.
