3793291 - How to Create a Pension Subplan for Worker Type 9 (Pensionado por Invalidez Parcial)

Following the clarification published by Previred on July 28, 2026 regarding the Pension Reform (Law 21.735 / 2025), customers need to adjust their payroll configuration for Worker Type 9 (Trabajador Tipo 9 — Pensionado por Invalidez Parcial). This group has specific contribution obligations that differ from standard AFP subplans:

                        

Because the SIS step must be excluded for this worker type, a dedicated subplan is required in the P3213 customizing framework.

A dedicated subplan allows the payroll schema to apply exactly the correct set of contribution steps for this worker type without modifying the calculation schema of other AFP subplans.
