3793335 - Field Value Changed in External Hook Response Is Not Reflected in the Entity Instance

You implemented an External Hook for a business entity in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 or SAP Service Cloud Version 2. Your hook implementation modifies the value of a specific field and returns it in the response payload. After the hook executes, you verified the outbound response payload and confirmed that the field value was updated correctly. However, when accessing the entity instance in the application, the field value remains unchanged and does not reflect the value returned by the hook.
