3793339 - General Audit report returns empty or blank results for some days within June and July 2026 - SAP SuccessFactors

General Audit Report that were generated within some days in June and July 2026 return empty/blank.

Attempt to re-run the same reports return the same blank/empty results.

The same report contains data when other days were selected within those months.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Manage General Audit.
2. Create an audit for user login.
3. Set the time range within June and July 2026.
4. Observe the report is empty for some days.

A data ingestion issue during June and July 2026 caused delays that prevented some general audit data from being ingested into the audit database on time, leading to empty results.

This affected DC33, DC57, DC70, DC41, DC55, DC60.

The backend issue has been fixed for all DCs on August 7th, 2026.

Engineering team has also introduced daily monitoring to identify any similar data-ingestion delays.

Customers can re-run affected General Audit reports for June and July 2026 to retrieve the expected records.
