3793350 - Smartrecruiters to Onboarding candidate doesn't appear in Onboarding Dashboard after restarted Onboarding - Onboarding

Smartrecruiters to Onboarding candidate doesn't appear in Onboarding Dashboard after accepting match during the rehire check (restarted Onboarding).

1. Initiate the onboarding process for a candidate from Smartrecruiters to Onboarding.
2. Complete Peronsal Data Collection.
3. Launch the second rehire verification.
4. Complete rehire verification and select Rehire with Old Employment (accept match).
5. Observe that the onboarding record does not merge with the existing terminated employment.
6. Check that the candidate does not appear in Onboarding Dashboard.

Restart Onboarding is not supported for the Smartrecruiters-to-Onboarding flow.

This is an expected behavior for now. The engineering team will track this for further enhancement.
