3793360 - MX_PAYMENT eDocument (Complemento de Pago) not created in EDOC_COCKPIT for Mexico

Symptom

  • Payment documents posted for a Mexican company code do not appear in EDOC_COCKPIT
  • No MX_PAYMENT eDocument (Complemento de Pago) is generated after posting the payment
  • EDOCUMENT table is not populated for MX_PAYMENT entries
  • Only invoice eDocuments (MX_INVOICE) appear in the cockpit, while payment eDocuments are missing
