3793367 - Inbound LDAP departure does not send item quantities to TM

• You are using TU-based TM-EWM integration in an inbound scenario (purchase order or inbound delivery based planning).
• A Transportation Unit (TU) is created in EWM and goods receipt (GR) is posted for a partial quantity 
• The ERP inbound delivery and EWM are updated to reflect the actual received quantity.
• However, the Freight Unit (FU) and Freight Order (FO) in Transportation Management (TM) retain the originally planned quantity and are not updated after the GR is posted.
• The TransportationOrderLoadingAppointmentNotification message is sent from EWM to TM when Departure from Checkpoint is executed on the TU, but the item hierarchy is missing from the XML and FO is updated with departure event
