3793377 - Current Sickness Year cycle is incorrect due to incorrect Go-Live processes

Symptom

When Go-Live was performed, the report RPTBCH00 was not run and thus the pre-Go Live sick leaves were not correctly updated in the COVER table.  Due to that, the current Sickness Year cycle is valuated incorrectly.
